Who is Covered?

Our warranty covers the original purchaser of HOEK Home furniture, purchased directly from our online store or authorized resellers. Our warranty is a commitment to our belief in the exceptional quality of our products and our dedication to our mission of making furniture pieces that last a lifetime.

Duration of Coverage:

We stand by our furniture with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year, starting from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the furniture parts occurring during normal use and assembly. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, damaged or defective products covered by this warranty. If a replacement is necessary, it will be of similar value.

We commit to, at our option, repair or replace the defective part(s) at no additional charge, if we determine in our sole discretion that the defect is covered by the warranty. Note that the warranty covers repair or replacement for defective products within the continental United States only.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs during transit, attempted repair, or alteration of the product. It also does not cover physical abuse such as burns, cuts, or stains, damage from natural disasters or catastrophes, negligence, normal wear and tear, or minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, or changes of mind. Additionally, products purchased or used for hospitality, home rental, or other business purposes are not covered.

How to Get Service:

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact our team to initiate the process. There are no fees for repair, replacement, or return of items covered by our warranty. Please note that our warranty is not transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser.
