When will the Dining Table be available?

We are working hard on getting the Dining Tables back in stock. Due to the availability of materials, we cannot produce the Dining Tables.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! Through our partnership with Affirm you can choose to finance Hoek products starting from 3, 6 and 12 months ranging from 0-30% APR. At checkout select "Pay monthly with Affirm" to complete your application and receive your financing rates through Affirm. (Please note that all loans are processed and handled by Affirm.)

Are the legs different leg heights interchangeable?

Currently, the 15” and 17” legs are interchangeable. We are currently working on a design revision that will allow for all leg lengths to work in the same socket size. 

Where are Hoek Products Produced?

All Hoek products are made in our Red Hook, Brooklyn Studio. With locally sourced sustainable materials, (HDPE) from Montana and (Sustainably Sourced Plywood) from Canada. 

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Occasionally, we can accommodate minor edits on orders that have been placed. Changes are not guaranteed and are not always possible. If you would like to make an amendment to your order after its been placed, reach out to us immediately at hello@hoekhome.com with the subject line "URGENT - Order # (your order number)" and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made to order by hand in our Brooklyn studio. We aim to provide the highest quality possible for each item that leaves the shop. It is because of these factors we require a lead time of an estimated 3 to 4 weeks.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we don't ship outside of the United States. Although we are exploring ways that we can expand!

What happens if my order is lost?

If you believe that your order is lost, please reach out to hello@hoekhome.com 

Because we ship all orders with UPS, if a package is lost or miss-delivered but marked as “delivered”, it is Hoek’s policy to open an investigation and offer product replacements.  We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or miss-delivered merchandise in lieu of replacements under any circumstances.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on my table?

Hoek provides a warrant valid for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is in effect only when the product is purchased through the Hoek online store or an authorized reseller. All warranty claims will be assessed by a Hoek employee to determine the validity of the claim. 

Hoek is unable to offer warranties for issues listed below:

1. Normal wear & tear

2. The matching color, grain, texture, etc. of natural materials

3. The colorfastness or the matching of colors of materials, including an exact match to cuttings, samples, or to swatch cards

4. Damage, marking, or staining of hardwood or veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds; damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

5. Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions such as water, harsh light or non climate controlled spaces, or that have been subject to improper storage

Our plywood is a natural material that ages gracefully. As with all natural materials wood may develop small cracks and fissures over time.

What items are eligible for warranty?

All Hoek items are under warranty for one year from the date of original purchase date!
