Do not buy this product

Do not but this product to hold a laptop for longer than 30 minutes. I bought this undermount shelf a year ago now. I started falling then after correct install; I was sent a replacement rail for my desk. Because I was in the midst of travel and moving I did not install the new rail until a week ago. In the past 4 days it's fallen an uncountable amount of time. My knees and feet have been cut, bruised, and burnt due to the shelf falling at any moment.

Accessory

While I love my Home desk and its functional ability to both look great while being able to pack away, the Undertable seems to be more of an afterthought accessory. It’s just not as functional. Once installed it’s set too far back to do much other than maybe be somewhere to put my phone. I cannot reach it with a keyboard or bring it forward. It’s fine but unnecessary.
